Over the past year I have visited numerous fabric producers and tailors in the EU to create the perfect sustainable boho dresses.
The result is beautiful dresses in silky soft satin fabric made from 50% recycled viscose and 50% organic viscose. This reduces our water consumption and CO2 emissions by 50%.
Shipping and Returns
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the corresponding tracking number.
- Free shipping within the European Union from €50 within 2-7 working days
- Free shipping worldwide from a value of €150 within 3-14 working days
The estimated times do not include any delays that may occur due to the shipping service provider.
We ship with Austrian Post and Hermes.
Customs and import duties
International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import fees once the order reaches the country of destination. We do not bear the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore each buyer must take responsibility for these potential additional costs. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that our photos reflect the exact appearance of the product. We do our best to provide as accurate product shots as possible. Note that all prints are hand printed and pattern placement on each garment is unique. Ciao. shall not be held responsible for sold-out products, image or typographical errors on the website, inaccurate prices and incorrect information as to whether a product is in stock. In these cases, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
Returns and money-back guarantee
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Failure to comply with this return policy will result in the return being accepted only at our discretion. Please note that it is your responsibility to contact customer service in a timely manner to obtain a bill of lading or other return policy. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. If you want to return the items you ordered in a different packaging, we can charge you for this.
Ciao. has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
We recommend keeping the receipt until the refund process is complete. Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used at purchase. Please note that international duties and sales taxes are non-refundable (for deliveries outside the EU).
Any damage and other problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us with any damage or other issues. We will take care of your problem within 48 hours.
